Are we all aware of the importance of growing strong and healthy children?
Are we giving them all the necessary vitamins? Are their meals properly balanced?
Do they contain enough protein, carbohydrates, fat, minerals and vitamins?
Do they drink enough water?
Do we know what can happen if they eat lots of unhealthy food? They can get overweight and they can have some serious medical problems in the future.
The reason why is it so important that they get all the necessary vitamins is because children are in the process of growing. Plus, they will concentrate better, will have more energy, and the most importantly, they will grow strong and healthy .
I don’t think we need to be strict and not let them have sweets or ice cream, etc. once in a while. (There are lots of healthy treats out there and you can make your own, too! ) We just need to find a way how to guide them towards healthier options. Example: Take them to the Market and make them try out different fruits/vegetables and let them choose.
Teaching them how to eat healthy from the really beginning, it will give you less headache, and no doctor appointments.

Always try to make a balanced plate for them. Support them to eat from everything at least just a little bit. If is there something which they really don’t like for example a type of vegetable, change it to another one. Plus sit down next to them, eat with them, and talk about the importance of the balanced meal, and all of the vitamins what they contain. Explain that this will help them in their growth. Try to make them see and understand, read about it or watch short videos etc.
Please don’t skip the proper meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner. You obviously need to ad snacks between them ,which can be some healthy options to.
